Simplex Holdings, Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Hideki Kaneko; hereinafter “Simplex Holdings”), SBI Holdings, Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, Chairman, President & CEO: Yoshitaka Kitao), and SBI SECURITES Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Masato Takamura; hereinafter “SBI SECURITIES”) have established a joint venture “SBI Simplex Solutions Co., Ltd.” on February 28, 2023 based on the Capital and Business Alliance Agreement entered into on January 30, 2023.
The Joint venture is scheduled to commence the development and operation of systems for SBI SECURITIES and other SBI Group companies from around April 2023.
